Let knowledge flow like the river,

while words are spells,

and wisdom is holy nectar.

One drink from it,

and you will become life.

While life begins to flow in you.

-Bernie

I highly believe that many illnesses and the state of dis-ease is something that is first manifested mentally. Our mindsets literally create and attract physical illness or wellness. For every physical discomfort that we have, we are also suffering with a mental and spiritual challenge. Our mindset and perception in life tells the whole story about our current consciousness. I have set myself free with discipline, meditation, living consciously and would be glad to share any wisdom which may be beneficial to your personal journey.

The mind is the builder

"Spirit is the Life, Mind is the Builder, and the Physical is the Result."

-Edgar Cayce

In other words, spirit is the source of all life. The mind focuses that energy into creative (positive) or destructive (negative) avenues of expression. The impact of our choices will eventually find expression in the physical, affecting ourselves and our relationships with one another. It is perceived that the mind is the glue for the spirit and the body. Without a proper mind, spirit has no grounding and body has no room for expansion. A simple analogy would be a headless chicken running around endlessly. With a healthy mind, it is much easier to address physical and spiritual imbalances; with that being said, it is not unusual to receive physical and spiritual healing when the mind has been addressed.

The power of the mind

If needed, I can also utilize QHHT(Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique) which is a method of hypnosis created by the late Dolores Cannon. She has developed and refined this technique over her 45 years career as a regressive hypnotherapist. Some people might better understand the term "Past Life Regression", and that is exactly how QHHT started. QHHT focuses on the concept that the client will go to "the most appropriate time and place" to address any requests for healing or information. I have taken training with Dolores and I am certified to practice her method for my own clients.

I don't only practice QHHT so I may not recommend it right away for everyone. If you are strictly looking for a QHHT session and only a QHHT session then please click here.

*As of Early 2015, I have infused my own style in this type of work, I still utilize Dolores Cannon's methods but in a much more intuitive/holistic manner. Because QHHT is a time-consuming approach, I usually only use it to connect to the deeper levels of the human psyche after we exhaust our other resources. Many times, issues were resolved without a client having to enter deep trance. My focus is slightly different with other practitioners being that I like to focus on the person that I am dealing with in the present. I like to understand your current health, current views, current state, and basically who you are now. After we have established a general overview of who you are, we may not need to use QHHT as a bridge to address your current issues.

Rather than hypnosis, I call it guided meditation because a person is usually aware of the memories and scenes that they see, feel and experience. Less than 3% of the population enter a deeper state called the somnambulist state. In this state, they are so deep and involved as if they are living in another body hence some people experience amnesia when waking.

How does it work?

We first begin by relaxing the body with a few breathing techniques and setting our intentions. We will then activate the right brain with some visualization exercises; It is quite a gentle process.

I then proceed to use my voice and rhythm to help a person enter a deep state of relaxation, peace and clarity. Essential oils and herbs will sometimes be burned to further assist in the relaxation process.

Once a person is relaxed, a deeper part of the mind is accessed called the subconscious. We will then float and fly over memories/sensations to view or experience them. The subconscious chooses what to show you as I have little to no control over that. My role as a practitioner and an energy worker is to keep the space as neutral as possible so whatever that needs to show up, will show up. The subconscious will only show you relevant information to enhance your personal growth. The subconscious can be equivalent to the bottom part of an iceberg, it holds much more wisdom than the conscious mind which is the tip of the iceberg. The subconscious sees one's life as a big picture as opposed to our conscious mind which only sees bits and pieces. The word subconscious is used interchangeably with the word higher self in this type of work. When we dream at night, that is the subconscious speaking to us. When we follow our intuitions or gut feeling, that is the subconscious guiding us.

*Like watching a movie, some important scenes may be forgotten so I will use a voice recorder to catch anything missed. The recorded session will be sent to you after each session.

Why would someone want to access their subconscious or a deeper part of their mind?

Most people want to know if they are on their rightful path in life or what their life purpose is. That would be the question that most people seek. Some people want to find the root cause of any emotional/physical/mental discomfort. By allowing yourself to enter a deep state of relaxation and exploration, it is not uncommon to feel lighter after the session and some physical symptoms can even be alleviated this way.

Does it work?

You get back exactly how much investment you put in yourself. The more questions you ask on a daily basis, the better it will turn out. Good questions include asking about your very own existence, why you are here, how to become happy, how to become healthy, what's keeping you from breaking through, and what happens when you die. Be creative and keep asking questions. Good questions are whole while bad questions are shallow. The guided meditation and hypnosis technique would act as a last resort or final card if we cannot solve issues in our waking states. Talking and sharing are the first steps to healing.
